About the role

At Four Seasons Hotel Firenze, we are looking for a passionate Finance Intern to provide administrative support within the division, learning all aspects of the general ledger, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general cashiering in accordance with local and corporate policies and procedures.

What you will do

1. Greet guests. Deliver luggage to the room upon check-in and pick up luggage from the room upon departure.

2. Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible in an accurate and timely manner.

3. Assist customers in inquiries related to hotel services, hours of operation, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.

4. Greet all guests passing through the lobby and offer them assistance.

5. Provide guests with directions, recommendations, and information about the city and its attractions.

6. Support the team with shoeshine service; picking up shoes from guest rooms, cleaning and polishing them, and returning them to the guests.

7. Maintain a high level of cleanliness in the luggage storage room.

8. Assist with other Front Office tasks when needed.

9. Develop and present a project work to reinforce training.

What you bring

1. High school education or equivalent experience.

2. Service passion for delivering genuine guest experiences.

3. Attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and a team-oriented approach.

4. Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English. Italian is a plus.

5. A valid driving license is required.

6. This position requires the ability to lift equipment, carry, and balance trays.

This position is based at the Four Seasons Hotel Firenze with a full-time internship contract. You must have the legal right to work in Italy at the time of application.
