As the first point of contact for our guests, you will create memorable experiences during arrival, stay, and departure.

Your responsibilities include :

  • Being the friendly face that responds promptly to guest inquiries, providing information and assistance.
  • Handling check-in, check-out activities, and other related tasks.
  • Efficiently managing guest messages and requests.
  • Supporting the team during night shifts.
  • Staying updated about hotel services, guest needs, and special events.
  • Ensuring lobby and Front Desk standards and safety compliance.
  • Adhering to policies and procedures when working with front of house equipment and property management systems.

Exceed expectations by demonstrating :

  • A unique personality and a true passion for hospitality.
  • At least 2 years’ experience as a Guest Service Agent.
  • Familiarity with Opera PMS for efficient operations.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to anticipate and resolve challenges with finesse in complaint resolution.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
  • Impeccable grooming standards.
  • Versatility in handling various work scenarios.
  • Enthusiasm for both individual and team-oriented tasks.
  • In-depth knowledge of the local area to enhance guest experiences.
