As the first point of contact for our guests, you will create memorable experiences during arrival, stay, and departure.
Your responsibilities include :
- Being the friendly face that responds promptly to guest inquiries, providing information and assistance.
- Handling check-in, check-out activities, and other related tasks.
- Efficiently managing guest messages and requests.
- Supporting the team during night shifts.
- Staying updated about hotel services, guest needs, and special events.
- Ensuring lobby and Front Desk standards and safety compliance.
- Adhering to policies and procedures when working with front of house equipment and property management systems.
Exceed expectations by demonstrating :
- A unique personality and a true passion for hospitality.
- At least 2 years’ experience as a Guest Service Agent.
- Familiarity with Opera PMS for efficient operations.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to anticipate and resolve challenges with finesse in complaint resolution.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
- Impeccable grooming standards.
- Versatility in handling various work scenarios.
- Enthusiasm for both individual and team-oriented tasks.
- In-depth knowledge of the local area to enhance guest experiences.
