Job summary

McDonald’s is hiring a Guest Experience Leader for a corporate-owned restaurant in Lombardia. The role focuses on delivering cheerful service, guiding guests through the ordering process, and helping with kiosks in a busy, customer-facing environment.

You will be part of a team that creates feel-good moments, with opportunities to learn and grow, and a schedule that accommodates school or other commitments. Training will be provided to cover restaurant operations and guest service.

Qualifications

• 16+ years of age to work as a Guest Experience Leader.
• Part-time availability between 8am and 8pm in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and communicate with them while ordering.
• Assist guests with using ordering kiosks.
• Help customers who need extra hands.
• Check with guests after meals to ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure kids receive a kid treat when applicable.
• Address concerns and relay feedback to the team.
