QVC cerca un Talent Coordinator per un contratto a tempo pieno a Brugherio (MB). The Opportunity
We are currently looking for a Talent Coordinator to join us in Brugherio (MB) - full time maternity cover.
You will report to our Talent Manager - Presenters & Guests and you will be responsible to work across our business with key stakeholders ensuring that we have correct and up to date Guest availability based on the needs of the Programme schedules across our TV and social platforms.
You will act as the main contact for any scheduling queries and be responsible for ensuring each Guest Presenter has all the necessary information prior to their appearances. You'll also ensure they are correctly logged into our internal systems, keeping the business and support teams informed of their arrival to efficiently allocate necessary space and resources.

Your Impact
Reporting to the Talent Manager you will:
Ensure we have all blackout dates from guests and brands enabling the Programming team to effectively build exciting schedules for all TV and social platforms.
Ensure all Guests and Brand ambassadors are correctly booked and have all the information that will allow them to perform to the standards QVC expect in every live or pre-recorded production.
Ensure programme schedules and pal sheets are up to date each day and the internal business has all correct and up to date contact details.
Be responsible for scouting new talent, screening applications & Casting.
Manage contract negotiation.
Ensure that all Guests appearing on QVC Italy receive up to date briefings for their shows and are aware of QVC on-air appearance guidelines.
Work closely with the talent team to schedule new guests in for the audition and seminar days.
Participate to Guest audition.
Provide performance data to the Talent team on individual guest performance on a monthly basis.
Sign off on all guest invoices to ensure that the correct dates have been submitted for payment via QVC or the relevant brands.
Ensure the Italian Guest database is up to date and accurate at all times.
What you bring
To be successful in this role you will need to have:
Strong knowledge of major Social Media platforms (Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Twitch...).
Scheduling and administrative experience in an office environment, ideally within Digital & Broadcasting environment.
Awareness of scheduling software and its application is desirable.
High level of organizational ability, able to juggle conflicting priorities and adapt to last minute changes.
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, ability to think fast, influence and problem solve.
Fluent with English & Italian (verbal and written)
Computer literate with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word,Excel, Power Point & Access.
