Description

Working in the Corporate Health & Safety Department under the supervision of the H&S Manager, you will perform the role of Health and Safety Specialist for Gucci Florence Corporate locations. Your responsibilities include documentation management and activities related to occupational health & safety, in accordance with Italian law and company procedures. You will collaborate with team members and external consultants on medium-complexity projects, focusing on interference risks.

Key Accountabilities

1. Manage activities related to interference risks, including drafting DUVRI, verifying contractor eligibility, validating POS, and conducting contractor training.
2. Analyze interventions, ensure documentation verification, and communicate with contractors and subcontractors.
3. Coordinate with Facility and Security departments for intervention management and contractor access.
4. Oversee construction activities for compliance with relevant regulations.
5. Collaborate on risk assessments and support the management of machinery, equipment, and chemical risks.
6. Assist in managing safety at events, locations like Photostudio, and in relation to production activities.
7. Analyze incidents and support improvement measures.
8. Organize training, medical checks, and vaccination campaigns.
9. Monitor safety issues and manage relations with Workers' Representatives for Safety.
10. Assist HR with candidate safety requirements and conduct evacuation tests.
11. Collaborate on certifications and manage safety documentation and non-conformities.
12. Support the development of IT tools for safety management and conduct inspections.
13. Potentially serve as Prevention and Protection Officer at certain locations.

Key Requirements

1. Minimum three years of experience as an H&S Specialist, either as a consultant or internally.
2. Training as a Prevention and Protection Service Officer.
3. Degree in technical subjects (engineering, architecture, or Prevention Science) is a plus.
4. Proficiency in Office suite; knowledge of Autocad 2D is preferable.
5. Availability for frequent travel within Italy.
6. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, proactive attitude, and flexibility.
7. Knowledge of basic graphics tools is a plus.
