We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Growth Product Manager to spearhead the creation and launch of our new AI-powered mobile note-taking application. This is a unique opportunity to build a product from scratch and drive its initial growth.

? About this role:

As a Growth Product Manager, your daily activities will include:

• Define the product roadmap, aligning with company objectives.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify key differentiators.
• Focus on delivering a compelling user experience, balancing innovation with launch speed.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and design, defining requirements and user stories.
• Define and prioritize the MVP.

Growth & Optimization:

• Implement growth hacking tactics to drive user acquisition and engagement.
• Establish A/B testing frameworks to optimize key product funnels.
• Analyse user behavior, and iterate rapidly based on data.
• Define and track KPIs.
• Communicate product performance effectively to stakeholders.
• Work cross-functionally with design, marketing, data, and engineering.

? Ideal Candidate:

• 3+ years of Product Management experience, with a focus on mobile app growth.
• Proven success in defining and launching MVP products.
• Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven mindset.
• Expertise in mobile app marketing, including ASO.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in the EdTech sector.
• Familiarity with AI technologies.
• Experience with subscription-based models.
• Knowledge of mobile development technologies (e.g., React Native, iOS, Android).
