    • About the role
    • We are seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to join our team in Milan. This role offers an exciting opportunity to expand your skills across multiple marketing areas within a fast-growing company, with innovative products that serve a global market and span both B2B and B2C sectors.

      Your primary responsibility will be to leverage digital tools to generate interest throughout the marketing funnel for our Empatica Health Monitoring Platform (an FDA-cleared digital platform for remote patient monitoring) and our EpiMonitor product (an FDA-cleared wearable device for seizure detection in epilepsy patients).

      We value strategic thinkers who are data-driven, proactive, and creative. You should enjoy utilizing various tools, continuously learning new techniques, and have a passion for analytics, testing, and optimization to improve KPIs and drive results.

    • Main responsibilities
    • Lifecycle marketing & automation: Develop and execute campaigns using Pardot and Mailchimp, creating nurture programs and automations for prospects and users.
    • Demand generation: Collaborate on initiatives to generate leads and acquire new customers via targeted efforts like ABM, event lead capture, and digital advertising.
    • Website and Marketing Tech Management: Oversee website optimization, CRO, and SEO efforts. Work with designers and developers, manage the marketing tech stack, and ensure website functionality.
    • Analytics and reporting: Partner with Business Operations to maintain accurate, automated KPI reports for sharing across teams.
    • Content creation: Work with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to develop assets such as sales enablement materials and gated content.
    • Strategic planning: Support the Director of Marketing in creating growth strategies for Empatica.

      The role reports to the Director of Marketing.

    • Requirements
    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years experience in growth marketing roles.
    • Proficiency with Pardot and other marketing automation platforms.
    • Experience in lead generation, management, scoring, nurturing, and related areas like SEO and sign-up flows.
    • Fluent in English; experience with English copywriting is a plus.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and set up dashboards.
    • Knowledge of major ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Reddit) and pixel tracking, privacy regulations.
    • Tech-savvy with quick learning ability for new tools.
    • Experience with the US market or digital health is advantageous.
    • Tools: Pardot, Salesforce, GA4, Mailchimp (must-have); Looker Studio, GTM, Semrush, Hotjar, Datadog, Zapier (nice-to-have).
