GROWTH MARKETING SPECIALIST

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Growth Marketing Specialist. This role is pivotal in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and go-to-market plans at a global scale for MainStreaming’s Edge Video Delivery Network, aligning with our growth objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving high-quality top-of-funnel leads and opportunities through events, sponsorships, and partner marketing activities. This is a key role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that boost brand awareness, engage key audiences, and fuel pipeline growth.

This role demands a hands-on, multidisciplinary approach, requiring close collaboration with Sales and Partner teams, Finance and other key Marketing functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Demand Generation Initiatives: Plan and execute strategies to increase lead generation and nurture prospects through the marketing funnel.
  • Manage Events & Sponsorships: Identify, plan, and oversee industry events, trade shows, and sponsorships to maximize brand exposure and generate qualified leads.
  • Drive Partner Marketing : Collaborate with strategic partners to co-market campaigns, create joint events, and expand audience reach.
  • Optimize Performance: Track, measure, and report on event, sponsorship, and partner marketing effectiveness, ensuring a strong return on investment.
  • Align with Sales & Marketing : Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of demand generation programs.
  • Budget & Vendor Management: Oversee budgets for events and sponsorships while managing relationships with vendors and partners.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in economics, Marketing or related field is preferred;
  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation, performance marketing and events management, ideally within content delivery, video streaming, B2B tech companies.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of lead generation and partner collaboration strategies.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Marketing automation tool and CRM (Salesforce Salesforce, Sales Navigator, Zoominfo) and Project Management tool (Asana)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into action.
  • Fluency in English, with exceptional writing, speaking, and presentation skills
