A fast-growing tech company in Italy seeks a Growth Marketing Manager to lead and optimize customer acquisition across various channels. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in growth or performance marketing, strong analytical skills, and be fluent in Italian and English. This is a fully remote position with clear growth opportunities within the organization.

At Flottando, we’re building the most powerful B2B fleet management platform in Europe. We’ve found product-market fit, we’re growing fast, and now we need a Growth Marketing Manager who can turn that momentum into repeatable, scalable acquisition.
This is not a brand marketing role. This is for a sharp, analytical, execution-driven growth operator who knows how to generate pipeline, test quickly, and scale what works. You’ll own key levers across paid, content, SEO, partnerships, and product-led growth — and you’ll work closely with Sales, Product, and Data.
What you'll do
Own and scale customer acquisition through multi-channel experimentation — paid, organic, lifecycle, partnerships, and beyond Manage paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta) — from strategy to execution to optimization Drive top-of-funnel growth with smart, SEO-informed content and conversion-focused landing pages Collaborate with Product and Engineering to launch and improve product-led growth features (free trials, referral loops, onboarding flows) Work closely with Sales to generate qualified pipeline and optimize lead handoff, enrichment, and scoring Build dashboards, set growth KPIs, and track everything — growth decisions are only as good as the data behind them Constantly test, learn, and iterate — launch fast, measure faster
What success looks like
In your first 3–6 months : You’ve launched multiple high-velocity experiments across paid and owned channels You’ve identified 1–2 high-performing growth loops that can scale You’ve collaborated with Sales to increase conversion from lead → opportunity Our marketing ops stack is cleaner, faster, and more automated thanks to you
Long-term : You’re the go-to person for growth strategy across the company Our CAC is low, our pipeline is strong, and our brand is breaking through in the fleet tech space You’ve built systems, not just campaigns
Who you are 3–6 years experience in growth marketing, demand gen, or performance marketing — ideally in B2B SaaS Strong analytical mindset — you live in dashboards, but know how to tell a story with numbers Experience running and optimizing paid campaigns across multiple platforms Bonus : experience in PLG environments or working closely with product teams You can write — landing pages, ad copy, emails. You're not a content marketer, but you know what resonates You think in experiments — test, learn, scale Native in Italian and fluent English You get energy from results, not noise
