About the Team

The LIVE Operations team focuses on TikTok LIVE, working to optimize the platform by collaborating with creators to ensure a creative, fun, and safe environment for users. We are seeking an enthusiastic Growth Manager to help develop the next generation of Top LIVE Creators. The role involves incentivizing creators through education, campaigns, and promotions, particularly targeting un-managed, beginner creators, with the goal of growing their engagement and monetization.

The ideal candidate is a structured project manager, excellent communicator, skilled executor, and proficient data analyst, capable of measuring success and iterating strategies accordingly.

Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with the Strategy team to develop and implement strategies to mobilize emerging creators in Italy, aiming to meet revenue and growth targets.
  • Define strategies and operational actions for different creator segments, monitor revenue growth, and maintain data structures for these segments.
  • Coordinate the creation and deployment of video ads and in-app push notifications to promote going LIVE and increase monetization.
  • Design educational programs for emerging creators, including content types and schedules.
  • Build and manage an Emerging Creators Community, acting as the community's representative.
  • Create and manage campaigns with rewards, tailoring them to cultural moments and localize content.
  • Work with Strategy, Product, and Marketing teams to execute these activities.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements :

  • At least 4 years of experience in Strategy, Growth, Education, or Creator Management roles.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, generate hypotheses, and iterate strategies.
  • Experience working in a startup environment, managing multiple tasks, and wearing different hats.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Italian.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience in tech or content platforms.
  • Knowledge of livestream ecosystems and applications.
  • Additional language skills, such as Chinese, are a plus.
