At Always Friday, we’re building an AI-powered marketplace to make corporate retreats and team building effortless to book, manage, and love. Already used by top companies in Italy, we have a small but dedicated team. We’re entering our next growth phase and are looking for someone excited to build with us, not just work for us.

What We're Looking For

You understand what it takes to build a growth machine. You have experience running SEO experiments, scaling paid campaigns, obsessing over SERP rankings, and driving leads through the funnel. You’ve implemented growth tactics and shipped results.

We want someone to be the inbound engine behind Always Friday. You’ll join early, with full ownership of our performance strategy, and the opportunity to make a significant impact.

Requisiti

Requisites

  • 1–3 years of experience in SEO, SEM, performance marketing, or growth roles (preferably in a B2B SaaS or marketplace environment).
  • Deep knowledge of SEO, paid search, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and how to integrate them effectively.
  • Experience setting up and running growth experiments: prioritizing impact and moving quickly.
  • Strong analytical skills: comfortable with attribution models, GA4, Amplitude, Hotjar, or similar tools.
  • Strong commitment: this role requires significant effort and dedication.
  • We value in-person collaboration, so regular presence on site is expected, but we also offer flexible remote working days throughout the year.
