Hilti (Canada) Corporation is seeking dynamic post-graduates for an Engineering track program designed for a managerial career. This 30-month initiative offers diverse tasks, coaching, and opportunities to develop skills in a high-performing environment, ultimately preparing participants for future leadership roles.

What does the role involve?
The program – Engineering track is unique. Over two and a half years, we prepare you for a managerial career by immersing you in our customer-focused business model. It’s fast-paced and challenging, but with coaching and mentorship, alongside diverse tasks and impactful activities. The program consists of three main stages :
