The Groups & Events Coordinator works across both the Corporate and the Groups & Events segments.
You will :
- Supervise all event organization from A to Z, including quotation, negotiation, invoicing, and on-site reception, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Respond promptly to all incoming inquiries for groups & events and negotiate each deal in coordination with the Groups & Events Manager.
- Communicate details of each group & event internally to the operational team (F&B, Room Division mainly) and coordinate the event to ensure smooth execution on the floor.
Reporting directly to the Groups & Events Manager, you will prioritize customer satisfaction.
