Within the Group Talent Management and Strategic Sourcing team, we are looking for a Group Talent Management Analyst to join a very flat, enthusiastic, and energetic team to support making things happen! Main responsibilities include:

  • Supporting talent management processes and projects by analyzing data on the Group Talent Pool and preparing reports and presentations in Excel
  • Monitoring Group Talent KPIs
  • Collecting and maintaining high-quality data for key populations (e.g., Senior Leaders and Talents)
  • Enhancing data quality for Group Talents and Senior Leaders pools
  • Organizing and preparing for talent review meetings in collaboration with the Global HR Community

Must have:

  • Degree in Economics or Social Sciences
  • At least 2-3 years of work experience, preferably in a multinational company
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Proficiency in English
  • Soft skills: Proactivity, passion for people, open-mindedness, team orientation, and ability to build positive stakeholder relationships
