Role Overview :

As a Junior Reward and HR Planning Analyst, you will support the team in key activities related to compensation, workforce planning, and HR data analysis. This is a great opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic and international HR environment while contributing to key projects.

You will work closely with the Group Head of Reward, Workforce Planning and HR Information Systems, and collaborate with various departments.

The Impact you’ll have :

  • You will assist in collecting and analyzing HR data (e.g., turnover, diversity, compensation trends).
  • You will support the preparation of reports and presentations for HR and business leaders.
  • You will help with the coordination of salary reviews, incentive programs, and benefits administration.
  • You will contribute to workforce planning activities, including tracking staffing needs and labor costs.
  • You will participate in benchmarking and research to support HR strategy development.
  • You will be collaborating with the HR community in order to keep our global HR platform (Workday) updated.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Some experience or academic background in HR, economics, statistics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills; familiarity with HR tools like Workday is a plus.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
