Role Overview :

As a Junior Reward and HR Planning Analyst, you will support activities related to compensation, workforce planning, and HR data analysis. This role offers a great opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic, international HR environment while contributing to key projects.

You will collaborate closely with the Group Head of Reward, Workforce Planning and HR Information Systems, and work with various departments.

The Impact you’ll have :

• Assist in collecting and analyzing HR data (e.g., turnover, diversity, compensation trends).
• Support the preparation of reports and presentations for HR and business leaders.
• Help coordinate salary reviews, incentive programs, and benefits administration.
• Contribute to workforce planning activities, including staffing needs and labor costs tracking.
• Participate in benchmarking and research to support HR strategy development.
• Collaborate with the HR community to keep our global HR platform (Workday) updated.

What We’re Looking For :

• Some experience or academic background in HR, economics, statistics, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills; familiarity with HR tools like Workday is a plus.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
