A leading global company is seeking an experienced Group Head of Change and HRIS. This role will drive the organization’s change initiatives and HR transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in change management, HRIS, and digital solutions, with a strong background in managing large-scale transformations. Candidates must hold a Master’s degree and possess excellent communication skills.
We are looking for a Group Head of Change and HRIS who will be responsible for driving the Group’s change initiatives across HR and business transformation programs.
The role blends change management expertise with strong HRIS and digital platform knowledge, ensuring successful adoption of processes and technologies across global functions and business units. Acting as a bridge between business, HR, and IT, this role enables value creation from complex initiatives (e.g. global payroll harmonization, shared services, ERP, digital workplace, AI solutions).
