Job Description :
The Group Government and Public Affairs Specialist supports the strategic positioning of Hitachi Rail’s Business Unit by managing institutional relationships and monitoring regulatory and geopolitical developments in countries where the company has business interests. The role ensures alignment with corporate compliance standards, particularly anti-bribery and integrity policies.
Key Responsibilities :
National and local governments (ministries, parliaments, agencies)
Master’s degree in Political Science, International Relations, Law, Public Administration, Communication, Humanistic fields of study or any equivalent background.
5–10 years of experience in government affairs, institutional relations, public policy, or regulatory affairs, preferably in multinational or highly regulated sectors (e.g., transport, energy, infrastructure)
Strong understanding of political and institutional dynamics at national and international levels
Preferred Qualifications :
