As part of this growth, building an AI-native finance organization is a strategic priority.
We are seeking a Group Financial Controller to own and scale group accounting, consolidation, reporting, and controls across multiple legal entities. Reporting directly to the CFO, this is a senior, hands‑on leadership role for a finance professional capable of structuring, automating, and modernizing accounting operations in a deep-tech environment.
Strong, proven experience leveraging AI in accounting workflows is mandatory.
This role is not about maintaining legacy processes, but about designing and operating an AI-first accounting function.
You will take on a key leadership role within a European AI and cloud deep-tech company, with the opportunity to design and scale a best‑in‑class, AI-native accounting function.
This role offers high autonomy, strategic influence, and direct exposure to the CFO, within a fully remote EMEA setup and limited travel (~10–15%).
