We are seeking a highly motivated Group E-Shop Manager to join our e-Commerce team based in Castelfranco Veneto (TV). The B2C Online Shop Manager will be responsible for managing and developing all our B2C Online Shops across 11 European countries. They will also contribute to the commercial strategy and development of our B2C business.

Job functions include shop management, promotional planning, customer sales data analysis, development and execution of online sales activations, coordination with performance marketing and CRM, optimization of marketing and sales funnels, onsite customer journey and UX, sales forecasting, and demand planning. They will also align order flow with the back office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all commercial aspects of our online stores, with a high level of responsibility for sales targets, planning country-specific product portfolios, and ensuring product availability to achieve growth targets.
  • Coordinate activities related to performance marketing and KPI optimization.
  • Develop digital marketing and sales strategies for customer acquisition and activation, working with the team and external partners.
  • Analyze the customer journey to create personalized shopping experiences and improve design and usability (UX and UI).
  • Identify potentials and trends for online channel optimization and development, including on-site search and product placement.
  • Monitor and define business KPIs focusing on traffic and conversion goals, contributing new ideas.
  • Participate in all S&OP processes for E-shop stock availability.
  • Interface with IT, Marketing, and Sales departments, coordinate with external partners, service providers, and agencies.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Completed commercial or technical degree or relevant specialist training with e-commerce relevance.
  • 3-5 years of experience in online store management or e-commerce, preferably in consumer goods.
  • Experience with SEO and SEA concepts.
  • Project management experience in IT projects.
  • Proficiency with CMS and e-commerce platforms; Magento 2.0 knowledge is desirable.
  • Experience as a platform owner in an agile environment.
  • Analytical, KPI-driven, self-reliant, with a high-service mindset.
  • Understanding of technical interfaces and process flows in online store systems.
  • Initiative-taking and team-oriented.
