Cerchiamo un candidato con laurea in ingegneria aerospaziale e almeno due anni di esperienza in gestione di progetti complessi. Inside the Mission Management Area in the Fucino Space Center, we are looking for a Ground Operations Manager.

The selected candidate will be responsible for the following activities:

• Coordinate and monitor routine, contingency and special operations;
• Monitor the system performance, operational status and generate report;
• Monitor the Service Level Agreement in relation to the availability, effectiveness and efficiency of the Ground system and Operations Team;
• Manage the anomaly process;
• Define the medium and long-term operations planning;
• Attend Board, Review, Meeting and Milestones at Mission and Program level;
• Contribute to the mission operation concept and mission requirements;
• Develop and optimize the operational processes;
• Contribute to the preparation and execution of the System Validation test (SVT), System Operations Validation (SOV), Launch & Early Orbit Phase (LEOP) and the in-flight satellite commissioning

Degree and Seniority:

• Degree in Aerospace engineering or other engineering studies
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Project Management, in complex organizations
• Familiarity with ECSS standard and Ground Segment

Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Availability for business trips, if necessary.
