Il candidato ideale avrà un Master in Ingegneria e un'esperienza consolidata nella gestione dei progetti tecnici. Sarà responsabile della gestione operativa, della comunicazione tra i team e dell'implementazione di processi efficaci. The team Technical Support, Operation and Pilots , within the Customer Success Unit of Gridspertise, is looking for a Project Manager Technical Support.

What you will do :

As a Project Manager Technical Support you will be responsible for all activities related to :

• Lead and manage multiple projects across the Technical Support and Operations unit, from initiation to completion, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and are executed on schedule;
• Be the first interface to handle all the internal needs;
• Develop and implement structured processes for managing daily technical support operations;
• Serve as the key point of contact between internal teams.

Who you are :

Master’s degree in Engineering preferably : Electric, Electronic or Telecommunication, with :

• 3 years of experience as project manager within technical areas;
• Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Knowledge of project management tools;
• Knowledge of MS Office tools;
• Good knowledge of English.

It would be considered a plus :

• In-depth knowledge of energy distribution systems, smart metering solutions, or digital grid technologies is highly desirable;
• Any other foreign language, especially Spanish.

The scope and perimeter of the unit requires the availability to travel.
