Competenze

• Minimo 5 anni di esperienza in Ingegneria, Approvvigionamento o Costruzione.
• Conoscenza del mercato italiano per le sottostazioni è fondamentale.

Mansioni

• Supportare lo sviluppo del Business Development fino al raggiungimento dei permessi.
• Gestire la fase di approvvigionamento e coordinare la documentazione tecnica.

Grid Project Specialist

Functions and Responsibilities

• Support the Business Development department during the development phase up to reach the permits to start the activities on site.
• Coordinate with engineering department during the development of the Tender Engineering to perform the preliminary check on field.
• Management of the Procurement Phase of BOP-EPC and/or Framework Agreement for Grid Activities, in collaboration with Purchase Department: bid packages preparation, coordination of the review of the engineering documentation, review of the Purchase Conditions, Technical evaluations of the offers.
• Support the management and execution of the contracts: guarantee the correct execution of the works by the contractors from engineering phase up to the hand over to O&M Department. Define and control the Project execution, controlling and approving the work in progress and the invoicing of the contractor's scope and the incurred out of scope.
• Promotes improvement of procedures and work execution manuals, adapting them to the needs of Iberdrola Renovables in Italy, giving feedback to engineering and helping the standardization in the future installations.

Education

• Master degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred)

Technical Skills and Expertise

• High level of technical knowledge of substation engineering specifically of the Italian market. Experience with Terna or ENEL will be a plus.
• Basic financial and economic knowledge is required for the interpretation of investment dossiers, economic monitoring and decision making.
• High negotiation skills are required.
• Leadership and team management skills are required.
• Knowledge of the authorization procedure is required.
• Availability to travel in Italy and abroad.
• A minimum experience of 5 years is required in Engineering, Procurement or Construction for Substation and/or lines in Italy.

Languages

• Italian, English, Spanish is a plus.
