What you will do :

  • Manage and monitor TERNA connection processes.
  • Conduct technical due diligence and risk assessments on grid connection schemes and offers received from TSO.
  • Evaluate and assess grid connection options, considering technical, financial, and regulatory factors.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and team members to ensure seamless integration of grid connection activities within project timelines.
  • Monitor and report on grid connection progress, providing updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies for timely and cost-effective grid connections.
  • Stay informed of relevant industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Support the development and maintenance of internal processes and documentation related to grid connections.
  • Represent the company before TSO, DSO, sector organizations, public administration, and elected officials to defend strategic interests.

What are we looking for :

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in grid connection management for renewable energy projects.
  • Languages : Italian and fluent English; Spanish is a plus.
  • Availability to travel up to 25%.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
