Photosol, azienda specializzata nella produzione di energia fotovoltaica, cerca un Responsabile della Connessione alla Rete per gestire le attività relative alla connessione delle centrali in Italia. Il candidato ideale possiede una laurea in Ingegneria Elettrica e un'esperienza di almeno 3 anni nel suo campo. In questo ruolo, parteciperai a tutte le fasi del progetto, collaborando con diversi reparti per garantire il successo delle comunicazioni e delle connessioni alle reti elettriche nazionali. Competenze

• MSc in Ingegneria Elettrica preferito, con almeno 3 anni di esperienza nella stessa funzione.
• Lingue: italiano (madrelingua o fluente), inglese (fluente).

Founded in 2008, Photosol is a photovoltaic power producer, specialized in large-scale ground-mounted power plants. Today, the group has a portfolio in operation and under construction of nearly 900 MWp, consisting of some 60 plants, and a portfolio under development of 4.3 GWp.

As part of its international growth, Photosol group is building a structure in Italy to achieve ambitious and exciting solar projects. Photosol currently has 100 MW asset in Italy and forecast big growth in the country. The Grid Connection Manager in Italy will join the EPC team, reporting to the Country Manager and the EPC group director and working closely with other departments, especially the development department.

The position is available as soon as possible.

MISSIONS

The Grid Connection Manager is responsible for all activities associated with the grid connection of the PV plants for Photosol in Italy during acquisition, development, design, construction (as support to construction manager), and electricity sale process. He/she acts as the technical referent internally regarding grid matters.

The Grid Manager will work in project teams, cooperating closely with development project managers, project engineers, sourcing, and transaction managers.

The role requires a technical background in electrical engineering (preferably with specialization in high voltage grid), as well as understanding and direct experience in other aspects of renewable energy project development, including permitting (with a focus on how grid connection process relates to all other permit procedures), knowledge of Italian Integrated Active Connections Text (TICA) development strategy, and an overall vision on renewables energy business practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Acquisition phase: participating in initial screening, due diligence, evaluating existing grid connection measures, assessing connection strategies, leading communication with system operators, negotiating connection agreements, and optimizing grid routes.
• Construction phase: acting as back office support, being a Key Account Manager towards system operators and authorities, and participating in pre-energization or pre-takeover processes.
• Operation phase: supporting the construction project manager on specific questions.
• Other activities: following legal and technical frameworks, participating in global discussions on grid connection with stakeholders.

PROFILE

• External qualifications and experiences: MSc in Electrical Engineering preferred, with at least 3 years' experience in a similar role.
• Languages: Italian (native or fluent), English (fluent).
• Expertise: applicable legislation, high/medium voltage components, system operator processes, tariff structures, PV generation concepts, electromagnetic effects, handling consultants, and engineering aspects of PV plants.
