Job Title: Project Engineer - Green Power Projects

The Project Engineer is responsible for the execution of the engineering activities for the assigned Green Power projects (solar, wind, and storage battery).

He/She coordinates all technical engineering activities and ensures delivery according to the project schedule.

He/She manages the engineering project team to achieve project goals and serves as the technical focal point of the company towards the client.

He/She is involved as the main technical focal point during the offer phase, particularly for lessons learned from previous projects in the country.

Key Activities & Responsibilities

1. Prepare and discuss the project execution strategy with the Operation Manager, Project Manager, Proposal Manager, Procurement Manager, Construction Manager, and Project Control Manager, and ensure its application throughout the project lifecycle.
2. Define and adhere to procedures, guidelines, and technical standards in coordination with Project Leaders.
3. Adopt technical solutions that optimize project costs in line with contractual requirements.
4. Ensure overall technical coordination among various engineering centers, including vendors, subcontractors, and partners.
5. Manage the budgeted man-hours for engineering activities.
6. Review and manage project amendments to minimize delays and costs.
7. Participate in defining the project schedule, involving Project Leaders to ensure feasibility and alignment.
8. Contribute to variation orders and claims preparation.
9. Maintain technical interface with the client regarding project issues that could impact timing and costs.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in a similar role within the renewable energy sector.
• Mandatory experience in green power projects, including solar, wind, and storage batteries.
• Strong teamwork capabilities.
• Experience in work planning, scheduling, and monitoring.
• Availability to travel abroad for technical missions or meetings with authorities and clients.
