GRAPHICS DESIGNER

Company Description

Synergie, a branch in Bolzano, is recruiting for a client company that supplies heating systems. This is in preparation for the Recruiting Day on April 29, 2025.

Position

The selected candidate will join the company's marketing team and will play a key role in creating graphic and visual content for corporate communication. They will work closely with other company functions to develop effective materials, strengthening brand identity and enhancing the company's market attractiveness.

Responsibilities

1. Design graphic materials for corporate communication, including brochures, catalogs, presentations, technical sheets, packaging, and social media content.
2. Support visual and functional product design, creating concepts, renderings, mockups, and technical sheets.
3. Ensure consistency of the brand's visual identity across all materials and communication channels.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective visual strategies for market development.
5. Create engaging presentations to support the sales team in selling and promoting our systems.
6. Interface with suppliers and printers for the production of graphic and promotional materials.
7. Participate in creative brainstorming for new product and communication ideas.
8. Support the sales area with any graphic needs, including posters, promotional materials for events, and corporate gadgets.
9. Create and update corporate documentation, setting up professional layouts consistent with the brand's visual identity.
10. Update the company website with necessary documentation, developing new pages and landing pages.
11. Maintain and update content on various company portals and CMS (WordPress, Wix, Web Academy).
12. Edit videos for marketing and training content.
13. Create product renderings and 3D models to support the presentation of radiant systems.
14. Assist in preparing for trade shows and corporate events, focusing on graphic and visual aspects.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

1. A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or related disciplines.
2. At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
3. Excellent knowledge of the English language.
4. Excellent knowledge of Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
5. Knowledge of 3D design software (e.g., Rhino, SolidWorks, Blender, 3D Studio Max).
6. Experience with CMS like WordPress and Wix for web content management.
7. Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for content customization and management.
8. Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Ads for monitoring and optimizing marketing campaigns.
9. Video editing and motion design skills.
10. Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
11. Ability to work in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred qualifications include experience in the heating, construction, or furniture sectors, knowledge of UI/UX design, and experience organizing trade shows and events.
