You will create visually compelling designs, develop visual merchandising materials, and manage multiple projects, contributing to innovative marketing strategies. Competenze

  • At least 5 years of experience in graphic design, ideally with visual merchandising.
  • Native Italian speaker, full professional proficiency in English (C2).

About Fueguia 1833

Fueguia is a perfume laboratory, an art and ethnobotanical project, that blends scientific research and artistic exploration for perfume creation. We maintain full vertical integration, which ensures traceability at every step of our artisanal process. As a graphic designer, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling and innovative designs that align with the brand identity and marketing projects. The profile will produce various type of visual content for print, digital, multimedia platforms, as well as in-store display design and visual merchandising execution.

Responsibilities

  • Graphic Design: develop and design visuals, including brand creative guidelines (logos and color palette application), new product introductions, press release layouts, brochures, social media graphics, website, newsletters, and more. Guide and support junior graphic designer dedicated to packaging and stationary development.
  • Content development: create graphic and photographic layouts using design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Visual merchandising: develop proposals of printed supports and visual merchandising materials for in-store product presentations, window displays, and VM setups for new launches and retail events, working closely with marketing and retail teams.
  • Project management: manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively. Ensure precision in all design outputs and maintain consistency across materials.

Qualifications

Experience: at least 5 years of experience in a graphic designer role, ideally with experience in visual merchandising, set design, art direction.

Language: Italian (native speaker), English (full professional proficiency – C2)

Education: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Skills:

  • Proficiency in design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (other tools are a plus).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects across print, digital, and spatial/retail design.
  • Good understanding of visual merchandising principles and the ability to translate brand identity into physical display elements.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
  • Solid knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design.
  • Familiarity with branding, digital marketing, and web design concepts.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or motion graphics is considered a plus

Compensation and level will be evaluated based on the candidate’s seniority and experience, and will be discussed during the interview process.
