The role involves creating and managing visual content across multiple platforms, requiring strong design skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in graphic design, particularly within the luxury or beauty sectors, and must be fluent in both Italian and English.

Dolce & Gabbana - Graphic Designer (Beauty Division)

Dolce & Gabbana, a leader in luxury fashion, is seeking a talented Graphic Designer primarily focused on the Beauty division, based in Milan. The successful candidate will join the Content Beauty team within the Global Art Buying & Content department.

Main Activities and Responsibilities

• Ensure the layouts of visual key crops, serving as the starting point of guidelines;
• Develop and handle guidelines for print, in-store, e-commerce, outdoor, social media, and all digital platforms;
• Manage layouts of campaign visuals, export digital crops, and create layouts for in-store visuals & digital newsletters;
• Conceptualize, develop, adapt, and deliver high-quality content and templates.

Key Requirements & Competencies

• Minimum three years of experience in Graphic Design within creative agencies or luxury/beauty brands;
• Strong knowledge of print media and related artwork delivery;
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud 2024 (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); experience with Premiere/After Effects is a plus;
• Knowledge of digital media (social, website, e-commerce, UX/UI) and technical specifications is advantageous;
• Excellent teamwork skills and ability to work independently with organized workflow;
• Ability to multitask across multiple projects and meet tight deadlines;
• Stress management skills;
• Fluent in Italian and English.
