A leading floral design company in Florence is seeking an experienced project manager assistant to develop project reports, coordinate events, and assist with office tasks. The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree in Graphic Design or similar, possesses strong Adobe Suite skills, and has excellent communication abilities. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is crucial, especially during summer.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Graphic Design, Architecture, or related fields.
• Excellent technical knowledge of Adobe Suite programs (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Precise and capable of working under pressure.
• Good hand-drawing skills for renderings.
• Proficient in English (minimum B2); fluency in Italian is a plus.

• Develop and maintain status reports on current projects to be circulated company-wide.
• Assist in coordinating logistics for senior management and executive events and activities.
• Communicate regularly with event planners and vendors to ensure timely and accurate information exchange.
• Proactively handle arising issues and troubleshoot problems on event day.
• Create graphic presentations and assist with general office tasks.
• Participate in event setup with the team.

Skills and Abilities:

• Master's degree in Graphic Design, Architecture, or related fields.
• Excellent technical knowledge of Adobe Suite programs (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) on Mac OS.
• Extremely precise and capable of working under pressure.
• Good hand-drawing skills for renderings.
• Proficient in English (minimum B2); fluency in Italian and native-level English are advantages.
• Previous experience in events or a passion for flowers is a plus.
• Maximum flexibility with availability to work evenings and weekends, especially during summer.
