Job Title: Graphic Designer – Wine & Spirits Packaging

Location: Pescara, Italy – On-site

About the Role:

Spazio Di Paolo – an award-winning Italian creative studio renowned for its visionary approach to wine & spirits packaging – is looking for two talented Graphic Designers to join our team at our headquarters in Pescara.

The ideal candidate is passionate about branding and design, detail-oriented, and eager to create packaging that combines craftsmanship, innovation, and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop high-end packaging solutions for the wine and spirits industry
• Translate creative briefs into compelling graphic concepts
• Collaborate closely with the Creative Director and the rest of the design team
• Prepare files for print production, ensuring precision and feasibility
• Contribute to the studio’s research, trend analysis, and creative evolution

Requirements:

• Proven experience in packaging design, preferably in the wine & spirits sector
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator , Photoshop , and InDesign
• Strong typography, layout, and branding skills
• Aesthetic sensitivity and a deep appreciation for materials and finishes
• Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines
• Passion for design and an eye for storytelling through visuals

Nice to Have:

• Basic knowledge of print techniques and embellishments (hot foil, embossing, etc.)
• Experience with mockup creation and packaging visualization tools
• Familiarity with legal compliance for wine & spirits labeling
