The Graduate Program in our Sales Department aims to bring out the best in you, giving you wiiings and opportunities to leverage your strengths. You will rotate through Trade Marketing and Key Account Management to gain comprehensive experience. From day one, you'll work on challenging projects and collaborate with other teams. You’ll also expand your business knowledge through various sales projects.

Responsibilities

Areas that play to your strengths :

  • Category Vision updates
  • Trade Activation ad hoc projects
  • Reach Project expansion (distribution management)
  • Collaborate with Key Account Managers to advance our REACH agenda, monitoring and driving distribution with key players
  • Support Depletions implementation and conduct ad-hoc analyses
  • Assess and expand relevance of Food Distributors
  • Analyze and forecast customer growth opportunities
  • Support the implementation and tracking of RedBull’s sales strategy
  • Prepare sales reports and presentations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics or Trade Marketing
  • Relevant internship experience is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Problem-solving, target-oriented, and deadline management skills
  • Self-motivated, curious, able to work under pressure, reliable
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Willing to travel 20-30%
