Your Key Responsibilities
  • 3 months – BDR (Business Development Representative)
    • Qualify inbound leads.
    • Learn discovery basics, opportunity qualification and handoff to AE.
  • 3 months – SDR (Sales Development Representative)
    • Learn how to generate pipeline from scratch.
    • Master prospecting, outbound sequences, first touch and meeting setting.
  • 6 months – AE Inbound (Account Executive Inbound)
    • Own inbound deals on our legal segment.
    • Run discovery calls, demos, handle objections and close your first customers.
    • Collaborate closely with senior AEs, Sales Coach and Sales Director on live deals and strategy.
  • 6 months – AE Outbound (Account Executive Outbound)
    • Take ownership of a territory.
    • Drive outbound deals end‑to‑end with multiple stakeholders and longer cycles.
    • Contribute to improving scripts, sequences and playbooks as you learn what works.
What We’re Looking For
  • Recent graduate (or up to 1 year experience) with a strong interest in B2B sales and tech / AI.
  • You’ve consistently been in the top performers of whatever you did (university, sports, projects, work).
  • Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written, in Italian and English.
  • High drive and resilience: you like ambitious targets and don’t get scared by rejection.
  • You learn fast, ask tough questions, and actively look for feedback to get better.
  • You want responsibility early, not a “nice” graduate badge with no real impact.
