The Energy unit delivers services to clients globally across sectors including hydropower, nuclear, thermal, waste, renewable generation, and transmission; distribution networks.
We provide integrated engineering and project management services across the project lifecycle – from concept and design to construction, operations, decommissioning, or repowering and life extension. Our goal is to support the energy transition worldwide.
Our services in the hydropower and pumped storage sectors are reflected in this role. You’ll support the team in hydropower projects, including technical due diligence for lenders, investors, and developers; technical studies such as pre-feasibility, feasibility, and FEED studies; and review and preparation of designs and specifications. You will work within a multidisciplinary team, organizing, planning, and managing your own work.

As a graduate mechanical engineer in the hydropower team, your role will be diverse, involving technical and project management tasks. You will work on multiple projects, support the team, and contribute to proposal preparations for new business.
While the primary focus is hydropower, there will be opportunities to work in other generation technologies as part of the wider energy business.
You will be part of the mechanical engineering team, reporting to the hydropower resourcing manager or team leader.
Willingness to travel short and long term is preferred.
