CEVA Logistics in Milan, Lombardy, Italy, is seeking an ambitious Business Controller apprentice to support financial and operational performance within Ground & Rail activities.

You will collaborate with Finance and Operations to understand management control processes, profitability, and budgeting, while building a strong foundation in business analysis in an international logistics setting.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's in Economics, Finance, or related field.
• Recent graduates welcome.
• Strong Excel and data skills.
• Good command of English.

Mansioni

• Support analysis of financial and operational performance across Ground & Rail activities.
• Assist in monitoring revenues, costs, margins and KPIs.
• Contribute to monthly management reporting activities, analysing actual results against budget, forecast and previous periods.
• Support the preparation of periodic reports and analyses for Business Controlling and management.
• Assist budgeting and forecasting processes, collecting and analysing financial and operational data.
• Monitor financial and operational KPIs and identify trends and variances.
• Support profitability analyses by customer, contract or site.
• Coordinate with Operations and Finance to align data.
• Prepare dashboards, presentations and performance reviews.
• Develop and improve controlling tools, reports and data analyses.
