A leading global company is seeking an Area / Shift Manager to lead a diverse team at their operational sites in Italy. The role involves ensuring safety, analyzing performance data, and implementing process improvements to enhance customer service. Candidates should have a university degree and proficiency in English and the local language, along with experience in data analysis and leadership. Relocation support will be provided if needed.

As an Amazon Area / Shift Manager, you will lead a large and diverse team to ensure your area of the business keeps pace with demand. This hands-on role involves learning about the complexities of global operations and ensuring seamless processes. You will implement your team’s approach to drive productivity and collaborate with colleagues to address challenges, making each day unique.

A day in the life
You will work shifts at one of our operational sites, focusing on maintaining safety standards and process efficiency. Your daily tasks include routine team management, operational tasks, handling escalations, process improvements, and contingency planning.
You will work with colleagues and external partners to meet customer demands and targets, analyzing data and performance metrics, and discussing technical improvements with engineers.
