A leading global logistics company is seeking an Area/Shift Manager to oversee operations in Italy. This role involves managing a diverse team, promoting safety, and implementing operational improvements. The ideal candidate holds a university degree, has experience in data analysis, and can communicate effectively in English and the local language. Relocation support is available for candidates as needed.

A day in the life
You will work shifts at one of our operational sites, focusing on maintaining safety standards and process efficiency. Your daily tasks include team management, operational tasks, escalations, process improvements, and contingency planning.
You will work with colleagues and external partners to meet customer demands and targets, analyzing data and performance metrics, and discussing technical improvements with engineers.
