Created in Lyon in 2016 by three French entrepreneurs, Agicap is one of the fastest scale-ups in Europe, with over 8000 customers, 550 employees and fast revenue growth (7x between 2021 and 2024). Agicap is part of the FT120, rewarding the most promising startups in France.

Agicap allows CEOs and Finance teams of SMBs and Mid-Market companies to efficiently manage and forecast their cash flow, pay their suppliers and get paid.

Reporting directly to the Head of Product Marketing (who reports to the VP of Product), you will play a key role in Agicap’s journey to exceed €100M in ARR over the coming years.

You will oversee a multi-country scope (France, DACH, Italy, UK, Spain).

Main Missions:
  1. Positioning & Messaging:
    • Define clear and differentiated product positioning.
    • Ensure message consistency across all channels (marketing, sales, etc.).
  2. Go-to-Market Strategy:
    • Design, structure, and execute go-to-market strategies.
    • Work closely with local teams to ensure successful product launches.
  3. Performance Tracking:
    • Set equipment and activation goals for key products.
    • Monitor performance and recommend corrective actions in case of deviations.
Key Enablers for Success:
  1. Market Insight: Develop a deep understanding of market trends and the competitive landscape.
  2. Product Influence: Collaborate with Product Managers to challenge and influence the roadmap using feedback from Sales and Customer Success.
  3. Stakeholder Alignment: Align key stakeholders on strategic goals and performance indicators.
Additional Responsibilities:
  1. Sales & CS Enablement: Equip the teams with relevant materials (pitch decks, battle cards, etc.).
  2. Lead Optimization: Work with Marketing and Sales teams to optimize lead acquisition and conversion, suggesting impactful content marketing initiatives.
  3. Pricing Strategy: Contribute to defining relevant pricing models based on market insights and business goals.
What we are looking for:
  1. Hard Skills:
    • 5+ years of experience in a fast-growing scale-up environment
    • Strong expertise in positioning & messaging, with ability to craft compelling value propositions
    • Solid project management skills: planning, execution, stakeholder alignment
    • Proficiency in data analysis & modeling to extract insights and forecast performance
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with high attention to detail
    • Good understanding of Finance; advanced knowledge is a plus
    • Familiarity with AI tools for Product Marketing use cases would be a plus
  2. Soft Skills:
    • Entrepreneurial mindset and strong ownership of projects
    • Performance-driven and metrics-focused approach
    • Proactive, self-starter attitude, comfortable with experimentation
    • Challenger mindset: able to question and optimize processes and priorities
    • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
    • Curiosity and commitment to continuous learning and self-development
  3. Language:
    • Full professional fluency in English (written and spoken)
