  • Develop the GTM strategy for the new Issuing offering packages, including:
  • Segmentation of the offerings and definition of target audiences
  • Tailoring value propositions to meet the specific needs of each segment
  • Optimizing pricing models in line with market expectations
  • Defining the channel strategy to maximize market reach
  • Create associated sales plays, adapted to local market specificities
  • Prepare all supporting materials for the sales plays, including sales pitches, product demos, workshop content and toolkits
  • Lead local sales induction and activation sessions for the new Issuing offering packages
  • Support the creation of attack plans, including target account lists and concrete action plans
  • Act as a Product Specialist in support of the GTM execution by:
  • Assisting sales in delivering compelling pitches and tailored offers
  • Participating in sales cycles and customer-facing meetings
  • Co-working with prospects to align their business needs with available Issuing solutions

About Your Future Role

Your scope of work will cover the entire product portfolio of the Issuing Business Unit.

Your initial priority will be PaaS – Payments as a Service, an innovative Nexi-managed digital payment solution, designed to serve both Financial Services Institutions (FSIs) and non-FSIs.

Your primary geographical focus will be on the DACH region, which is a key strategic market for PaaS and for upcoming Issuing products.

Nonetheless, you will also contribute to broader European initiatives across our Issuing offering, supporting market activation and product adoption in all the Nexi regions.

In this critical role, reporting into the Group GTM IS Marketing, your key responsibilities will be:

  • Design new IS Go-To-Market
  • Work with local IS sales team to activate the market

Qualifications needed to be successful in this role:

  • Proven experience in at least one of the following:
  • Management Consulting (strategy or go-to-market focus)
  • Strategic or Product Marketing
  • Sales Enablement or Business Development
  • Accountability and result oriented approach with a “Customer first” mindset
  • Business acumen and quantitative, data driven, thinking
  • C-level customer and stakeholders management with great communication skills
  • No fear of taking risks, with a strong problem solving
  • Strategic thinker but with an “hands on” way-of-working, as a team
  • Ability to work in a complex matrix organization, with a variety of team members across different departments, especially sales and product managers
