Job Summary :

The Accenture Marketing & Communications Campaign Management team is seeking a creative, highly motivated, data-driven marketer with a proven ability to strategize, develop, and optimize high-quality digital marketing campaigns.

The Digital Strategist will develop bespoke digital marketing strategies and tactics for pursuits and campaigns supported by Accenture GO in Europe. The role also involves increasing efficiency and effectiveness through best practice techniques and data-driven insights.

This position requires strategic insight and planning, as well as hands-on execution. The ideal candidate will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver digital marketing campaigns that enhance our brand and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, and channels teams in GO to design innovative digital marketing programs supporting pursuit campaigns.
  • Provide research-backed insights for recommendations, including:
    • Paid media / paid social campaigns
    • Personalization strategies
    • A/B testing
    • Optimizing interactive assets
  • Ensure alignment of digital channel strategies with overall campaign objectives, working closely with data & analytics teams for data governance and insights.
  • Manage activation of content across digital channels such as websites, social media, and paid advertising, aligned with campaign plans.
  • Assess campaign performance using relevant data to identify opportunities for ongoing optimization.
  • Identify areas for continued improvement, contribute to testing and experimentation, and enhance the client experience.
  • Oversee development and deployment of digital capabilities and self-serve publishing tools by the Marketing Capabilities team.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing and innovation, and bring new ideas forward.

Basic Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 years of digital marketing experience, focusing on web, mobile, and email marketing.
