Job summary

Thales Alenia Space è alla ricerca di un Ingegnere Elettronica Digitale con laurea magistrale e solida esperienza in elettronica digitale. Il ruolo richiede autonomia, rigore e capacità analitiche, con responsabilità su progettazione, architettura e test di sistemi digitali.

Il candidato collaborerà con team internazionali, ingegneria di progetto e produzione per fornire soluzioni compliant, innovative e competitive, in un contesto di contratto permanente in Italia.

• Hai conseguito una Laurea Magistrale in Ingegneria con esperienza significativa in elettronica digitale.
• Hai mentalità da team-player ma anche autonomia.
• Sei rigoroso e analitico, capace di correggere e migliorare i risultati.

Responsibilities

• Progetta e mantieni soluzioni digitali di elevata qualità in elettronica per soddisfare requisiti del cliente e del progetto.
• Contribuisci alla definizione dell'architettura e all'allocazione delle funzioni.
• Supporta la preparazione di specifiche di lavoro e di piani hardware.
• Collabora con produzione e procurement per soluzioni digitali convenienti.

• You graduated with a Master of Engineering and you have significant experience in Digital Electronics
• You think of yourself as a true team-player, though you also demonstrate a high level of autonomy
• You are very rigorous and analytical, examining logically the steps taken and the outcome to make corrections and produce better results
• You have a proactive "can-do" mentality and prove to be decision oriented
• You want to delight the customer with effective and compliant solutions

COMPETENCIES:

• You have a strong knowledge of digital electronics norms, laws and standards
• You have experience in digital PCB design
• You have great problem-solving and decision-making skills, which makes you able to approach complex issues with curiosity and determination
• You are able to use your organisational skills to plan, prioritise workloads, achieve a balanced budget and meet the deadlines, with a clear vision of risks and opportunities
• You want to update your expertise continuously and design innovative solutions to fit your customers' needs
• You are able to work in a team environment

LIFE AS A THALES DIGITAL ELECTRONICS ENGINEERING ROLE As a Digital Electronics Engineering Role within Thales, you will:

• Design and maintain high quality digital solutions in electronic engineering in accordance with customers' needs and processes to meet project operational requirements
• Deliver solutions compliant to customer, business and derived requirements
• Participate in the definition of the architecture and the allocation of functions
• Support the preparation of technical statements of work for equipment suppliers and management of equipment subcontractors
• Support the preparation of hardware plans, development of test means and test schedules and their execution
• Create testing procedures and maintenance for digital electronics equipment and components
• Work collaboratively with production and procurement to produce cost effective, easy to manufacture digital solutions
• Ensure digital electronics systems, instruments and equipment meet applicable regulations and safety standards
• Provide support to the preparation of detailed estimates and bids
• Monitor compliance of designs against target costs, quality and time
