    Job Description

    The General Manager, reporting directly to the shareholders, will be responsible for the following tasks:

    • Design and implement the new commercial strategy
    • Oversee daily business operations and improve overall functionality
    • Develop and execute growth strategies and plans
    • Manage employees, establish policies, and maintain a healthy company culture
    • Evaluate performance and productivity, implementing necessary improvements
    • Analyze accounting and financial data
    • Build relationships with partners and stakeholders for long-term success
    • Ensure all operations are carried out in an efficient, cost-effective manner with high customer satisfaction

    The Successful Applicant

    The ideal candidate has solid sales experience, natural leadership, and a proven track record as a GM in mid-sized entrepreneurial companies.

    Understanding of the lifting or elevator business is key, although the presence of the founder will support a smooth handover.

    Ability to understand technical and commercial aspects effectively is crucial for identifying company and market trends and refining relevant KPIs.

    Excellent interpersonal and verbal reasoning skills are vital, complemented by strong commercial acumen.
