Job Description
The General Manager, reporting directly to the shareholders, will be responsible of the following tasks:
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate has solid Sales experience, natural leadership and a proven track record as GM in mid sized Entrepreneurial companies.
A good understanding of lifting or elevator business is key, even though the presence of the Founder will support a solid handover.
The ability to understand effectively technical and commercial aspect is crucial for identifying company and market trends and refining relevant KPIs.
Good interpersonal and verbal reasoning skills are also vital, complemented by a natural commercial acumen.
This combination is key to effectively representing the company with long-standing partners and new potential clients.
