Global Ventures & Acquisitions Mobility Business Partner

Who we are :

This role resides within the Global VA Cross-Functional Core Team as a Mobility Business Partner (BP) within the Corporate Development Model, which identifies, investigates, acquires, and integrates new businesses in alignment with Accenture’s Growth and Strategy agenda. The Mobility BP focuses on identifying and mitigating Immigration / Tax non-compliance during Due Diligence (DD) and ensuring Duty of Care & Integration during Post-Merger Integration (PMI). BPs and support teams engage with new businesses to guide them through our compliance protocols, policies, processes, tools, and systems, enabling Accenture’s control mechanisms to ensure legal compliance, employee safety, security, and a consistent approach to travel and financial management.

As the VA Mobility Business Partner, you will :

• Be a trusted team player with growth potential & opportunities to expand your business acumen and exposure to other VA activities.
• Act as an interlock for VA HR, Corporate Development, Employment Law, acquired company stakeholders, leadership, MU Mobility Service Delivery, CAHRL, and wider cross-functional CSS teams.
• Drive all VA Mobility requirements across the deal lifecycle until successful integration through collaboration and partnerships.
• Engage with acquired company leadership to discuss Accenture’s protection and control mechanisms, managing discussions to minimize impact on business operations.
• Resolve and address any business operations and cultural concerns.
• Drive the education strategy.
• Build strong business acumen and awareness of Accenture VA’s growth plan, strategy, priority areas, and current landscape.
• Collaborate with team members for knowledge sharing and data insights gained from VA Mobility, contributing to overall VA cross-functional data.
• Design, implement, and participate in special projects.

What you will need :

• Experience in Project Management, ensuring key deliverables within required timeframes.
• Experience in Change Management.
• Proven stakeholder management, collaboration, and operational excellence skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity within the VA space, challenge the status quo, and innovate.
• Creativity and strategic thinking skills.
• Flexibility to understand different work cultures and offer pragmatic, innovative solutions.
• Experience working with Microsoft tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams.
• Fluency in verbal and written English.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Keen interest in developing knowledge in Ventures & Acquisitions; VA experience is preferred.
