The Lead Trial Delivery Manager (TDM) at Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine leads study-level execution, document creation, vendor oversight, and country-level delivery. You will align feasibility strategies with local teams and oversee risk reviews to ensure timely study delivery.

We seek an experienced Clinical Trial professional with strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and budget management skills to mentor staff and drive process improvements across trials and regions.

Competenze

• BS degree or equivalent in Life Sciences.
• Minimum of 4 years clinical trial experience in Pharmaceutical, Healthcare or related industries.
• 2-3 years supporting multiple aspects of a global clinical trial.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and financial management skills.
• Ability to operate with limited supervision and mentor others.

Mansioni

• Create and update critical trial documents (Monitoring Guidelines, ICF, IMP related documentation).
• Manage vendor setup and day-to-day activities, including SOW creation and budget oversight.
• Coordinate country/regional trial management activities and risk reviews with local teams.
• Support development of program-level compound training with Clinical/CTL&D/Medical writing.
• Provide input into trial-level operational strategies.
• Resolve trial-related issues and mitigate trial-related risks.
• Participate in process improvements at trial, compound & cross-DU level.
• Support Health Authority inspections and risk mitigation planning at program level.
• Mentor onboarding of new team members in Trial Management.
