Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager, Trial Delivery Management to lead study-level activities across multiple countries, ensuring timely delivery and compliance. You will oversee document creation, vendor management, and risk reviews to align feasibility strategies with local teams.

The role requires 8+ years in Pharma/Healthcare with strong leadership, budgeting, and CTMS experience, and travel up to 15–20% as needed. Join a global team focused on delivering breakthrough therapeutics.

Competenze

• BS degree or equivalent; Life Sciences preferred.
• Minimum 8 years in Pharmaceutical/Healthcare or related industries.
• Experience in pharmaceutical development and clinical trial execution across Phases I–IV.
• Ability to manage all aspects of clinical trial execution and lead without authority.

Mansioni

• Create and update trial-specific documents (e.g., Monitoring Guidelines, ICF, IMP documentation).
• Vendor set up and management of day-to-day study activities, including SOWs and budget oversight.
• Coordinate country/regional trial management activities and risk reviews.
• Support program-level compound training with Clinical/CTL&D Medical writing.
