Lynxeo is seeking an internship in Pioltello (ITA) or nearby German sites to support the nexT deployment as a PMO assistant. You’ll contribute to international rollout projects, develop project management skills, and collaborate across local and global teams in a dynamic, transforming environment.

The role offers exposure to SAP S/4HANA and standardized applications, with a clear path toward growing into PMO responsibilities within a thriving, globally oriented company.

Competenze

• Final-year master's student or recent graduate in Engineering, Business, IS or PM.
• Experience in project management or transformation is a plus but not mandatory.
• Able to work in multicultural, international environments.
• Willingness to travel and support international rollouts.

Mansioni

• PMO support on nexT deployment projects across countries.
• Assist governance, rollout coordination and risk tracking.
• Support planning follow‑up, action tracking and documentation.
• Coordinate between local teams and central/global units.
• Help structure project workshops and testing phases.
• Contribute to go‑live activities and hypercare support.
• Support change enablement and maintain PMO deliverables.
