Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Global Trade Marketing Manager to join us and support us in achieving our ambitious goals on the international market.

In this position, you will play a key role in developing and implementing our global trade marketing strategy.

You will work closely with our sales teams and retail partners to generate demand for our products and increase sales.

Other important responsibilities include:

• Develop and implement trade marketing strategies to improve brand visibility and velocity in the main distribution channels: Conduct market analysis & research to monitor shopper trends and adapt strategies accordingly; build and deliver effective trade storytelling, supporting the local sales teams in negotiation and implementation phases; collaborate with marketing & sales teams to identify opportunities at the point of sale and implement targeted solutions, from equity-driven activations to tactical actions; create and manage effective promotional programs to stimulate sales and customer loyalty; oversee shopper marketing activities, including designing engaging shopping experiences and managing partnerships with retailers.
• Install category management knowledge and act as a sparring partner for international key distribution dealers.
• Analyze and improve the profitability of main channels and customers.
• Monitor the effectiveness and efficiency of the owned retail business (brick & mortar + digital), promoting its sustainable expansion (roll-out).
• Coordinate and streamline main commercial processes (e.g., international pricing) and related governance.

Your Profile:

• Approximately 10 years of experience in trade marketing and shopper marketing, preferably in the food sector and internationally.
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
• In-depth knowledge of food distribution channels and market dynamics.
• Ability to manage complex projects and work in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English and at least one of German or Italian.
