Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Head of Procurement based in Italy to build a global procurement function from the ground up. You will own strategy, supplier relationships, and negotiations across a 200+ destination network, influencing profitability and business continuity.

This leadership role requires cross-functional collaboration with senior stakeholders to create scalable processes and governance. You will establish procurement policies, drive cost savings without compromising service quality,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in procurement leadership in a fast-growing environment.
• Experience building procurement functions, policies, and vendor management.
• Expertise in international contract negotiations for complex services.
• Ability to analyze complex commercial agreements and supplier costs.
• Strong leadership to design scalable processes for growth.
• Strategic thinker balancing cost with quality and risk.
• Cross-functional collaboration with senior stakeholders.
• Experience in telecom, connectivity, or SaaS is highly desirable.
