Global Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Manager

Location: Italy (with international exposure)

Overview:

We are currently looking for a Global Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Manager on behalf of one of our clients, an international industrial Group and a market leader in its sector. The selected candidate will play a key role in designing and delivering global talent acquisition strategies while shaping and promoting the company’s employer brand, both internally and externally.

Role Summary:

Reporting to the Group HR Director, the role blends strategic leadership with strong hands-on execution. The manager will lead the Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding functions across regions, manage an internal team of recruiters, and directly oversee complex and business-critical hiring needs. The position requires a proactive approach to sourcing, candidate engagement, and continuous improvement of the candidate experience and employer reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and structure the full Talent Acquisition process at a global level, from workforce planning to onboarding, ensuring quality, efficiency, and alignment with business goals
  • Manage and support a team of recruiters, fostering a collaborative and performance-oriented culture
  • Personally drive selected strategic recruitments, maintaining a hands-on approach and direct ownership of key searches
  • Collaborate with business leaders to anticipate hiring needs and propose tailored recruitment solutions
  • Define and execute the company’s Employer Branding strategy, enhancing visibility and positioning as an employer of choice
  • Build and maintain relationships with top universities, business schools, and academic institutions, launching engagement and partnership initiatives
  • Coordinate storytelling campaigns, employee advocacy programs, and digital communication to strengthen the employer brand
  • Organize and oversee participation in branding events, career fairs, and talent attraction initiatives, managing logistics, materials, and post-event analysis
  • Track performance through KPIs and surveys, using data to continuously improve the effectiveness of recruitment and branding efforts

Requirements:

  • University degree in Humanities, Work Psychology, Communication, or Economics with an HR/Organizational focus
  • 8–10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding roles within structured, international companies
  • Demonstrated ability to manage recruitment processes end-to-end and lead internal recruiting teams
  • Solid knowledge of employer branding best practices, digital sourcing tools, and academic partnership models
  • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Data-driven, proactive, and results-oriented, with the ability to balance strategic vision and operational delivery
